The cottage has recently been restored to a very high standard with a modern fitted kitchen. This includes electric hob, fan oven and fridge. There is also a utility room incorporating a dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer, freezer and micowave.

Master Bedroom Located Downstairs
This room has a large double bed and built in wardrobes with French windows opening out onto secluded courtyard. En-suite bathroom with double shower.



Bedroom Two
A granite stone and oak staircase leads up to the second bedroom. This room has an orginal beamed ceiling and cast window. Twin beds with third day bed make this a very light, airy comfortable room. With en-suite shower room built in the eaves.

Landing
At the top of the stairs there is a small reading area where you can curl up with a favourite book. This leads on to an orginal pitched pine walkway with a glass mezzanine gallery. This leads to a library area with two day beds.



Courtyard
Walking out onto a gravelled courtyard, which has private access into a heated 14 metre indoor swimming pool, sauna and changing area. Beyond the courtyard is ample off road parking and an all weather tennis court. Reiki is also available on request.

Changeover Days
Our changeover days are normally Fridays and Mondays. Other than peak holiday periods, we are happy to take weekly booking starting and finishing on a Monday as well as a Friday. Please contact us to check availability. The cottages will be available after 3:30pm and guests will be required to leave at 10am.
